Shipping Instructions
You will need to securely package the laptop for shipping to prevent physical damage.
Please ship your laptop using sturdy shipping materials for the box and with adequate shipping protection, such as bubble wrap or packing peanuts. Be sure the laptop is securely packed and cannot move around in the shipping container.
Shipping materials are available at FedEx drop off locations, or at other professional shipping companies. Don't forget to purchase insurance to cover the full value of the shipment. Note: Inadequate packaging may void the insurance.

Diagnosis & Repair
After your laptop has been received and diagnosed, a Rhino technician will contact you. Your personal approval will be requested before any repairs are started. We will also provide you with the expected turn-around time of the repair, and the cost of replacement or upgrade parts (as needed).
When shiping your laptop, note the tracking number so you can check when it reaches Rhino Custom Computers. We will contact you as soon as the diagnosis is ready.
